WHAT DO YOU NEED TO QUALIFY?

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must have an active checking  account
• You must have been employed for at least 90 days
• You must have a picture ID
• You must have access to a fax machine
• You must be able to receive a fax from us
• You must have Direct Deposit

IF YOU QUALIFY

We have provided two convenience ways to apply! You can either download the application or fill it out online and submit it electronically. If you choose to download, neatly complete the application in black ink.

Whether you decide to download or apply online you will also need to fax to us at 1.985.851.1171,

• Your most recent Checking account bank statement (Showing the past 60 days history)
• Your most recent pay stub
• A voided personal check
• A copy of your home Phone bill or Power bill
• A copy of your driver's license or picture ID

  WE WILL NOT PROCESS AN INCOMPLETE APPLICATION

WHAT WE WILL DO

We will review your application, and call you if we have questions.

We will then FAX you an  Agreement that must be signed and returned to us promptly.

We will then ACH (deposit) the agreed upon amount into your checking account. If we receive your Signed Agreement by 3:00 P.M. EST, the funds will be in your account the next business day. If we receive your Agreement after 3:00 P.M. EST, the funds will be available two business days from today’s date.

HOLIDAYS WILL DELAY ACH DEPOSITS BY ONE DAY
